MES implementation
The Mapex MES system has four implementation phases that are applied in all the digital transformation projects we carry out. We have been perfecting this methodology for more than 20 years, and believe it provides value and confidence to our customers.
Analysis and design
We review the customer’s requirements and prepare the project’s functional and technical design.
Pilot
We deploy the initial design on a first production line. In this pilot, we carry out tests and user acceptance tests (UATs).
GAP review
We conduct a GAP analysis on the pilot line to assess the differences between the platform’s actual and expected performance.
Roll-out
When the MES system’s template is finalized, we deploy the solution in the rest of the client’s work centers.
